Here are some photos from our Awards for All funded project with Aberconwy Mind, in Llandudno.
The project was run over the course of 12 x 2 hour weekly workshops over a 12 week period from September to December held at the Rabbit Hole Cafe in Llandudno.
The theme of the project was Journey, be it an imaginative, or a personal one, led by the participants own interpretation of this. Each person created work within their own sketch books throughout the project, experimenting with mixed media and pencil/pen works and used the work made within the sketchbooks to inform their final artworks made for exhibition. The exhibition celebrating all of these works will be run from Jan 4- Feb 4, and will be hosted at the Rabbit Hole Cafe in Llandudno.

Here are some decorative planters we made out of old crates planted up with edible herbs for use at the Rabbit Hole cafe in Llandudno. We created these as an initial intro into the project, as this was the activity Members of Mind wanted to work upon. The planters now permanently live in the terrace area outside the Cafe, and can be picked by anyone.
